    Worst CRM on the market! Total zero in customer service & there is no assistance in setting up your account. Throw your money into the street! It would be better served. I was never able to use the system, It showed and sent out 2yr old information. AI program started messaging my leads- crazy miss info and outdated- lost business because of it-in writing, buyer said he will not work with me, because of the AI messages he was receiving and believing they were coming from me. I didn't even know it was happening. Once you sign the contract that's it you're on your own. I was once locked out of the account emailed support and one other at the company- they did not reply for 2 weeks. I had people set up zoom calls but never showed up or canceled. They did not respond or correct my concerns on out dated info or the AI issue going out to buyers without my knowledge. Their system even showing a listing as mine, however was not mine. I want a full refund they are willing to release me of the last 2 months of the contract, but no refund due to their claim the system was up and running, beyond a joke! The only thing it was doing was making me look completely incompetent to buyers, by their systems, automation & AI that were nothing but outdated and crazy- worse yet, these buyers were from my paid Realtor.com leads! The money this company has cost me plus the time and aggravation I can't express enough. I advise all agents to stay away from Lofty CRM worst platform out there!! Don't make the same mistake I made-

    I purchased 6 months in advance to move my Lofty account to a personal account while moving to a new Brokerage. Ariana promised that there would be no change to our service, our website and no changes to our CRM and everything would stay the same. She said it would take 2-3 days to transfer everything over. This was over a month ago. After 9 days, they still had not made any attempt to move our information over despite our continuous attempts to call and email with no response from Ariana or Hannah. I have lost my entire CRM because of their complete lack of competence and follow through. My entire website that we spent years and so much money building out. All of our SEO content, gone. All of our tasks and follow ups, gone. All of our clients purchase dates, tags, birthdates, favorites. All gone. They promised it could all be recovered. Even at KW Family Reunion, the sales reps at the booth said it could all be recovered. Weeks later, their manager, Brandon Brugada, promised a refund and to make things right. After that, no refund was ever issued and there were no attempts to make things right or even respond to our emails. This has been on-going for over a month. After commenting on their social media page, Brandon finally decided to get back to me today and tell me he never said he would issue a refund. Apparently, the only way to get him to respond is to leave a review and highlight his email to me. Every call I make, they say they will open another ticket and get back to me within 48 hours. They never call back. Every email goes ignored. 12 days and Brandon made NO attempt to get back to me despite emails to him directly and in the group email thread. He has made no attempt to reach out to me or resolve this issue and the email he sent today was the first time I heard from him in 12 days- and its another lie. If I were to lie to a Client, I would loose my credibility and my license. Not to mention, we build our business on being ethical and act with integrity because it's the right thing to do. Lofty just lies to anyone for a sale. The lack of integrity that every sales person I have spoken to there is sickening. Stay far far away from this company.

    It’s disappointing to see negative reviews because, in my experience, this platform has become an essential part of my success. I’ve been using it for two years now, and while the customer service had a rocky start, the improvement has been significant. They are clearly committed to getting better. Their product is currently the best on the market and continues to evolve. Most importantly, I am seeing a higher lead conversion rate here than on any other platform I’ve tried. It’s the first program that has truly generated a return on my investment. 5 stars!

    Ever since the name change from Chime to Lofty, the customer service has gone downhill. After years of using them, I finally quit their service. One of my partners wanted to stay with them so we just lowered our seat count and transferred service to his name. That didn't go well and now Lofty is literally double billing us. Their invoice clearly show this and yet they refuse to credit me. THEY ARE LITERALLY STEALING MONEY! I would never recommend them to anyone.
