    Chris was very professional in everyway. My wife was nine months pregnant and we need a house quickly. Chris was in constant contact with us everyday until we found our new home. His knowledge of the area was unrivaled. He lead us away from areas that we would not like that cut down time spent looking at homes. Since then my wife's grandparents and my son have used Chris with the same results. Would highly recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell a home especially in the Cape Coral area. Rumor has it he can even catch a couple fish for you fisherman.
